When I link an attachment through Filelink/box, it says link complete, but there is no link in the message box.
I tried linking an attachment with Filelink to Box. The process seemed to go as normal and I got a message that the link was complete, but the window in the message area was blank where the link would normally appear.

That feature no longer works properly in Thunderbird with Box. No one has fixed it yet.
If you wish to use Box, then open and log into Box using your browser, and upload the file that way. Then get the link for the file and paste it into your e-mail.
