I have tried opening Firefox and the icon jumps once in the dock and then stops. I have tried in Safe Mode and the same thing happens. I even contacted Apple Support and their suggestions did not fix the problem either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same thing happens. I have received no error messages and Crash Reporter did not open up either. I am sending this from another computer, using Firefox.

I've done all that. I looked for those reports. None of them has a bp- in front of it. Just an 8 or 9 digit number at the very top.

Just so you know, Firefox was working just fine yesterday morning. I shut down when I was finished and rebooted my computer yesterday evening. That's when the problem started. I have not made any updates to Firefox or my OS in the last few days.

I should say no OS updates in the last few days or weeks.

You can try to start Firefox via a terminal window to see if there are (error) messages displayed in this window.

I would very much prefer to deal with this over the phone, because the back and forth e-mails are slow and unhelpful. In addition, I already tried all of the suggestions over the last few days.

Please tell me how I can contact tech support directly, because I can't seem to find a phone number online.

Thank you. How can I get in touch with tech support by phone?

There is no phone tech support. This site is the official support site.

Warning: If you should find adds offering support for Firefox, have nothing to do with Mozilla.

Please send in your crash reports and then post the BP- numbers.
