How do I control the order that multiple email accounts appear in the left side panal in Thunderbird?
I have four email accounts that I manage through Thunderbird. I would like to control the order that they display in on the left side panel. The only "control" I have appears to be that whatever account I set as the default account appears first. But the remaining three accounts sort on their own and I don't see any way to control the order they sort/display in. I tried changing the account name to include a number at the beginning (i.e. 1. 2. 3. 4.) but that did not change the order the accounts are displayed in.
Any help or direction you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thank you Airmail! I downloaded the Manually Sort Folders extension, set the order of the accounts the way I wanted, restarted Thunderbird. It worked perfectly! Thanks again! Bill_j
I activated this add-on but can't figure out how to change the order of the email addresses.
The add on author has instructions on their site.
The authors directions didn't make sense to me but I figured it out. I had to go to the T-bird add-on page THEN make the changes. I thought the changes were to be made on the T-bird page. Worked perfectly! Thanks.
That's good. I am on an Android device so I did not have access to Thunderbird.
