I am unable to open my emails, it keeps saying my email address is timed out. Please help, this is affecting business!

In order to get help faster, some info would be appreciated.
- What is your Thunderbird version, email provider, any security/antivirus software and the exact error message?
- Did you update Thunderbird, such software or Windows recently?
- What do you see when opening Tools (menu or button) > Developer Tools > Error Console (with Server enabled)?
