One of the files/folders listed to the left of my incoming Thunderbird messages disappeared. It was called Weight Watchers. Where did it go??

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh. Is the folder listed and subscribed?

Where are Folder Pane, Subscribe, and Refresh?

The Folder Pane is where the accounts and folders are shown. Right-click an account to show the context menu, then select Subscribe, then click Refresh in the Subscribe window.
