I am migrating from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Win10 will not run my version of Windows Live Mail, so I installed Thunderbird. Now I cannot import my email addresses (Active Directory.iaf) into Thunderbird. I cannot make the Active Directory in any other format. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail.

If you export your WLM contacts to vCard format, they can be imported to TB:
