When I write an e-mail, when I hit return it goes down two rows.

Hi there, when I write an e-mail, and hit the return key it skips down two rows. I can't seem to fix this, any ideas? Dawn

Open Tools/Options/Composition/General and uncheck 'Use paragraph format instead of Body Text by default'.
