Does Thunderbird email have an 'Undo' & 'Redo' toolbar option?

I know one can use 'Ctrl and Z', but I find this a bore, when I used to be able to just click a button/icon on one of the toolbars (is this Menu or Toolbar?). This icon looked like a blue circular arrow - (two, in opposite directions, for both 'Undo' and 'Redo') - and was VERY convenient!

My version/edition of Thunderbird is 52.3.0 (32 bit) so I don't know if this makes a difference.

If these button icons CAN be installed or created, I'd really appreciate anyone giving me a layperson's plain-English guidance as to how this is done.

If Thunderbird has discontinued these options..... well, this seems completely crazy to me!

You can create a custom button installer here:

https://codefisher.org/toolbar_button/toolbar_button_maker/en-US/messenger/

Check the boxes for Redo and Undo and download the installer xpi file, then drag the xpi file from wherever you downloaded it and drop it onto the TB Tools/Add-ons/Extensions window to start the installation. After a TB restart, right-click the Mail Toolbar (or the Composition Toolbar in the Write window), Customize, and drag the Redo and Undo buttons onto the toolbar.
