
Please help me reconnect to internet since updating Firefox. The support articles arent helping me. I need help
Since Firefox recently updated, I cannot connect to the internet. I tried following the solutions listed, but am just lost. Please help me.

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
- Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).

hi, can you please describe the problem in a bit more detail - what's exactly happening, are you receiving any error messages and so on...?
