Can't see Sub Folder - it is there in webmail client
I have created this folder umpteen times, but I can't see it ?
How many levels of folders can we go to?
You can see I have a folder for my client RUTO. I created a subfolder called Hexane Plant, but I can't see it? There are emails in it. I can search for an email in the folder, and I can see the folder in the email providers web client.
I am stuck?
I have attached : 1. my thunderbird version. 2. The view in thunderbird of the folders 3. a search for an email in this invisible folder 4. A view of the folder in the email web client
Why can't I see this folder then?
Regards, Tim

When you right click the account in the folder pane and select subscribe, is the new sub folder actually subscribed?
See image as guide.
Note: if you are left handed, then you may be using the 'left' click instead of right click.

Nope. There is no"Subscribe" option on the right click menu?

Hi,
I had to re-read the first reply properly.
And yes, I did right click on the account. I was right clicking on the folder - no subscribe there.
Thanks for the RTFS reminder.
If the account does not have subscribe then your account type will be POP. In which case only the inbox downloads from the server. There is no synchronization of folder names.
