I want to change smtp server password but tools>options>security>saved passwords does not show the email address that I want to change
It shows 3 email addresses but not the one that I want to change. I previous viewed the one I now want to change but I did not change it. Let's call it mine@xyz.com. Perhaps I accidentally removed the entry for "mine". It is the only explanation I can think of. I can still receive incoming for "mine" but can't send. Another email address, let's call it hers@xyz.com (same domain name) is still listed in show saved passwords. I get the same error when I try to send from hers. If I change hers should that also apply to mine?
I'm skeptical about the whole idea that changing the password will actually enable sending. (See previous discussion about this topic.) I'm also not sure what it means by "use password manager to remember this password." Is it just recommending that as a good practice? Or does it actually remember it somewhere automatically and will retrieve it next time I try to send? Of course, I will put the password into my password manager. The previous one is there but I hate to try it because it's saying enter a new one.
I hope someone understands and can respond to my question. If I screw it up, maybe I will not even be able to recieve messages for the email address.
Thanks.

I think I have correctly modfied the ones marked with + below. I have questions on these items: IMAP settings: ? where do i find/modify these?
You do not. You have now posted information indication your account is POP.
?Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address where do I find/modify these?
In the box that says user name, which I note is blank in the SMTP server details but completed in the POP server details.
?Password: Email Password (same as Web Mail) These should be under saved
They might be saved, but if they are not then they are the same as used for web mail.

Your mail provider has deprecated the use of all of the rr.com email server names.
I suggest you update you account settings to those approved by your provider to reduce the risks of mail problems.

I apologize if I'm being dense. Thanks.
ADDED LATER: 1. of the changes gave me a popup saying "The server name setting has changed. Please verify that ny folders used by filters exist on the new server." I don't understand how I'm supposed to verify this? (screenshot attached) 2. I've attached screenshots AFTER the changes were made>

I don't find anywhere I can actually enter a password via account settings So, as you suggested, I used the same one as for webmail. It works now.
Thanks for your help, Matt.
Now, when I bring up TB, it asks for my password. Is there way to avoid having to enter the password every time?
