Lately when I use Firefox, when I click on a new tab, or it loads a page, there is a blue outline almost like there is another screen behind it.?? It is blue and I can see the Firefox logo in the top left. Sometimes it cover over the top of the tabs.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
