Firefox crashes
I've tried everything I can think of.
Clicking on Firefox ALWAYS results in the "We're Sorry" window, safe mode or not.
I have tried uninstall/reinstall, install older version, copy old profile to latest folder, free up lots of memory space, several runs of purging the registry, many other fixes, nothing makes any difference. The instructions for getting a report ID when Firefox won't open DON'T WORK. All I can do is send the results listed in the "Details" box:
