Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues.

I would also suggest updating your video card drivers. Before there are issues.

It can be done with Extensions : https://www.google.ca/search?q=firefox+automatic+reload+page&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=Z8f-Wbd7icyPA9rPgvAC The other support pages are archived as the code has changed so not to bother checking.

Please go here to remove this old poor security risk https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602

Then please update to : Flash Player Version: 27.0.0.183 https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Note : Firefox 56.0.2 is current release https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ Full Version Installer Note : Firefox 57 Quantum release date Nov 14th https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/quantum/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be disabled and or removed.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
