I just installed your latest version, totally jacked my computer - what now?
I use a Zoiper soft phone for work, after downloading your latest version, can't get the phone to talk to the Phoneburner dialer I use, even their tech support can't figure it out. What now?

Does the soft phone use an add-on?
One of the main effects of the Firefox 56.0.1 update was to switch 64-bit Windows users from the traditional 32-bit version of Firefox to the 64-bit version. We've received a number of reports of disabled or missing extensions after the migration, as they apparently cannot run on 64-bit Firefox.
If your investigation doesn't yield any solutions, it is worth trying a return to 32-bit Firefox.
While normally this kind of change is seamless -- the installer detects your existing data and preserves everything -- you might want to make a backup "just in case."

You download the installer for 32-bit Firefox and run it. Please see the articles I linked to in the earlier reply for full details.
