System Restore Explorer

I have lost my previous tabs up until a month ago but would like to restore my tabs to 1 day ago. I have tried going on my Profile Folder but they are not there. I have tried System Restore Explorer to do this but I am at this stage and do not know what to do.

I restored my PC using Windows Restore settings to 7/11/2017 but it did not restore my Firefox Tabs or windows.

After the System Restore Explorer option is there anything else I can do? I do not wish to have the session restored today because it does not contain the tabs that I need. I have been trying to figure this out for at least 6 hours today, have read a lot of info but no success yet.

Can someone please help!

Note : Firefox 57 Quantum release date Nov 14th https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/quantum/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be disabled and or removed.

You're continuing from this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1183716 Do we need a separate thread??

In your restore point, did you drill down to the profile folder:

Users > username > AppData > Roaming > Mozilla > Firefox > Profiles > profile.name > sessionstore-backups

Then see what you have there that you might be able to copy out and either mine for tabs using the Scrounger or swap into your live profile folder (while Firefox is closed), so that it is discovered at your next startup.
