DDO store says FIREFOX not secure!
I play DDO online quite a bit . You are able to access store in game to buy potions and equipment and other odd stuff.
about a week ago the store all of a sudden said firefox was not secure a refused me access to the in game store . ddo support said something about javascript and permissions , none of witched worked. I switched to IE as my primary internet connection and that works. I would like to know why the store would all of a sudden say FIREFOX was not secure . there was a green locked padlock in url bar a locked padlock in lower right telling me the sight was secure.

Can you please give us the exact error message you see?

Please add the image here.
Thank you for sharing your add-ons list. I noticed you have something called "IObit Surfing Protection & Ads Removal." Some sites are now actively making life difficult for users with ad blockers, so you might also try disabling that extension to see whether that makes any difference.
You can view, disable, and often remove extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return
In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right side. Any system extensions that Firefox installs on its own are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. If in doubt, disable.
Sometimes a link will appear above a disabled extension to restart Firefox before the change takes effect. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Any improvement?
the in game store suggests I update my browser or switch to IE or microsoft edge ,it even suggests chrome .
I cannot figure out how to post screen shot.
Right below the reply box, there is the text "Add Images" and then a "Browse" button. Click "Browse" then add the screenshot.
I also second jscher's comment, remove all iobit software from your computer
Are you sure that you need to use a secure HTTPS connection and not an open HTTP connection in case there is a certificate issue?
If you get this message when you use a HTTP connection then this normally wouldn't be a problem (i.e. it is only meant as a warning).
Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot

I have screenshots saved to desktop ,but cannot move to this square. I do not know why. when i click on browse and try to get image gives me an error
message.
error uploading image or no imaged received.
when I try to go to store now it tells me to update my browser to chrome,
safari, IE, and lo and behold Firefox!
Is your image file in JPEG or PNG format? If it's a PDF or Word document, it can't be attached here. As a Plan B, you can grab a screenshot of it and paste it on an image hosting site such as https://snag.gy/ and then post the link here.
unfortunately without the exact message we can't help.
Can you follow the steps at How do I create a screenshot of my problem? to give a screenshot of the issue?
I think I have figured it out. ddo in game store uses xsolla.com paystation 3 to process in game transactions .Firefox could not get any certificates from xsolla .com ,so thinks it is not secure. xsolla.com/paystation3 thinks the new Firefox is not secure and suggests I get another version of Firefox.
I am going to use microsoft edge as my default browser , does not have problem. xsolla.com/paystation 3 and your team need to talk to each other
to iron out problem. thank you, Mr. Brown.
