My partner and I previously (several years) have shared our separate Mozilla thunder email accounts on one program. . A few days ago Microsoft updated our computer. It erred out and screwed up the computer. A friend defaulted computer to original settings. Lost all prior major apps and programs including Mozilla.

There are no Thunderbird email accounts so not sure what you are talking about there. Email providers provide email accounts.

If you have an existing mail account that you would like to add to Thunderbird go to the Menu Bar and select File-New-Existing Mail Account. If your menu bar is hidden press the Alt key to make it appear.
