If Firefox is my primary search engine, why does Google come up every time I want to use Foxfire?
I wanted Foxfire to be my primary search engine, but when I press on the Foxfire icon Google comes up, why?

Hi !
Firefox is not a search engine, but a browser.
Google is a search engine.
You mention that Google comes up when you click on the Firefox icon, which indicates that you have set Google as your home page.
You can check that by going to the 3-bar menu (three horizontal lines in the upper right corner) => Options => General
If you do not want Google to be your home page, you can choose any page you like.

Firefox is not a search engine, it is a web browser. Google is the default search engine in Firefox, but you can change it to whatever you like! Change your default search settings in Firefox
