I don’t know if the problem is for you to solve, but when I open my e-mail account - sometime it cannot open - but when it opens in Mouzilla I can read a mail and respond, but thereafter the screen is totally looked. i cannot scroll, close or open other mails. To get out I restart or close. The google name/logo looks a bit odd as it has a small “g” in front of it name. I have a suggestion that I can have asked for a google search while Mouzilla was opdating, as I do have the new version with the nice new features. When I access my e-mail from Chrome I have no problems oerating my mails, but I like to use Mouzilla. Should I delete Mouzilla and reinstall it? Thanks if you can provide some guidance.

Kind regards Hugo

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

Thanks for your support. But it didn't worked out for me. I was able to click on the menu button, there was no "History" label coming up, but I was able to click on Library and in there I found "history" and tried to click it. But the screen had frozen, so I was unable to move on to the next step i your guide.

The mailbox came up, but again after having tried to follow your guide everything was looked and could only get out by restarting the computer. My gmail works fine still in Crome.

I don't know if you have further advance. Anyway that for your willingness to assist. Hugo

It is : Mozilla not Mouzilla ..lol

Please do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer then https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings Run like this and test it and longer if it is fine. then it is your Extensions or your Profile. Make a new Profile : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

If it is not fine then it is your Video Card Drivers need to be reinstalled.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
