You will have to get them from your old Firefox on the other computer.

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

I am unable to log into my other computer and would like to get the bookmarks. They are stored on Safari on my iPad but I don't know how to migrate the from there.

Find out from Safari forum. No idea as this is Firefox not Safari.
