Ok I will start again. Thunderbird has an address book. Which is the subject or your question. It also has a bookmarks file which holds web site favorites the off chance that you might use the browser parts of Thunderbird. They are not the same thing!

So I will ignore your references to a bookmarks file because the chances of you actually having anything there is very small.

You could install the more functions for address book add-on and export the address book from one computer and import it to another. https://freeshell.de//~kaosmos/morecols-en.html

To install the add-on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/installing-addon-thunderbird
