Can't create a "New Folder" called "Chat Transcripts"

I'm trying to create a new folder in my Yahoo email account in Thunderbird called "Chat Transcripts" so I have a place to store those transcripts I receive after having a chat session with a customer service agent, etc. However, the folder won't (for lack of a better term) "create". I'm pretty sure this is a Yahoo specific problem as I can create the same folder in TB for my other email accounts (i.e.: gmail, comcast, etc.), but why is this happening?

As a test, I signed into my Yahoo email account directly in Yahoo and was able to create the folder there, but it still doesn't show up in TB.

In Thunderbird go to File-Subscribe and Subscribe to the new folder.

Thanks Airmail, that worked. Any idea why I couldn't just create that folder in TB?

Some providers are funny about creating subfolders. Yahoo is funny about everything.
