Blue Screen
Since updating to Firefox Quantum I get blue screens with total crash of my PC (Windows 8.1, 64 Bit) when surfing in the internet. Not often. Maybe once every second week. My PC only crashes in this circumstance. Otherwise, I have no problems with my PC. Maybe the reason is Firefox. How can I provide information about this issue to you to help you to solve the problem? Kind regards Matthias Gebauer

Make sure all your drivers are up to date and are properly working, this may also be the result of a hardware problem, or a Windows issue itself. Can you give me a summary of the Blue Screen error? It may contain useful technical information.
Hi. All drivers are up to date. The crashes happens while I am surfing with Firefox. Only then! Not every time at the same page, but as I remember always when I browse through e.g. catalogue pages. Last time my PC crashed, I was browsing through the picture of an advertisement on ebay to rent an office. https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-anzeige/raum-in-einer-belleetage-jugendstilvilla-zur-untermiete/797174932-277-9420 My PC created a dump (C:\Windows\Minidump\...). I cannot attach it to this answer, because it allows only picture. How can I send it to you? Matthias
You can attach a picture to your reply.
Hi MKll. Sorry, but your answers and questions are annoying. Are you panting for SUMO badges? I am a great fan of Mozilla and its philosophy. But you are going to destroy it. I do not have a picture. Other type of files are not accepted from the support site. As I wrote, I have a dump file, which was created by Windows during the crash. I like to help Mozilla to improve Firefox. If there is a possibility to send the file to you and if you are interested to receive and inspect it, please tell me how to do it. Kind regards Matthias
