Why do some email addresses only receive my emails if I send by replying to one of their messages?

For a couple of months now I've only been able to successfully email one particularly colleague by replying to one of his emails. Emails to him originated by me just disappeared into the ether. A week ago the problem spread, so that another of my daily contacts no longer receives my original emails. I happened to notice that In the Sent folder the only address displayed is 'Undisclosed Recipient'.

See that picture. You have to choose to sent TO not send BCC.

undisclosed recipient shows up when the email is sent BCC.

Are you sending these addresses blind carbon copies of email and not addressing it to them. I can see some server calling BCC mail junk, given the volume of BCC spam I get.

Thanks Matt, but 'Undisclosed Recipient' appears in the Sent folder whether or not the email is going to a single address or a distribution list.
