Hi,

We are trying to update our signatures at the footer of our outgoing e mails, we have used a html footer for some time with no issues, we are now trying to add the new footer and although the footer displays correctly it has completely changed the composition pane of the email, we now have a grey back ground, no left margin and no spaces between lines. The html coder says that it works on her email platform and that it must be an issue with Thunderbird, could someone please let me know if there is a solution to this.

Thanks in advance

Did the 'html coder' create the signature with the message composer of TB, or with another program? Most problems like this are due to using incompatible html code produced by a non-TB program or coder.
