How do I fix my email from being filtered?
I am supposed to receive daily notifications from my bank about my account, but for some strange reason, they don't come thru. I have contacted my bank and it is working in Google, but won't work with Firefox. How can I fix this? I really hate to stop using Firefox, as I like it, and enjoy using it, but if it is in fact filtering my emails out, not into my spam folder, but not coming thru at all, I am going to look at other Browsers. Please help me to fix this soon.

Thanks for the great answers that were posted. They did help me to find out where I need to go to fix my problem and think I may have done so. I will have to wait until tomorrow to find out if it is in fact fixed. Thanks again. I appreciate your help.

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

Hi SLLockhart, normally your mail folders will look identical in all browsers as long as the mail site you are viewing does not have different layouts or store different viewing preferences (e.g., All messages vs. Unread only) on a browser-by-browser basis.
If you open your mailbox in Firefox and in another browser (e.g., Edge, Internet Explorer or Chrome) at the same time and switch between the two windows, is the ONLY difference these missing messages from your bank, or do you notice a pattern?
Also, your mail site probably has a way to indicate that these messages are not spam, and I suggest you mark it ASAP.
