I got a,notice that my back up was filled i looked at my account and it looks like i need to sign up for a prrmium account I am sure I already have a premium account with 3 numbers on it. [ed. removed personal information]

Mozilla Firefox does not have a premium version. If you paid for Firefox then you should get your money back.
