Hi, wish had gone into expanding on this a little further so have a hint of where the issue is .

Are you using anything that is close to MSN that is your home page now ?

Have you made in Win10 Settings-->Apps--> Default Apps --> Firefox as your default browser ?

At least having MSN is not to bad to be asked. Something is pushing that at you. Please Download and Run https://www.malwarebytes.com/ see if you have something in there pushing it at you.

Do you want Push Notifications on, which is what you are getting I think ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/push-notifications-firefox Please go through the above to see if want it. Or is it just that you are on MSN and reading when you get these notifications  ? Can just disable for that site. Or disable it everywhere. If every where let me know.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
