Un-never remember password

I accidentally hit the never remember password for a site and I can't find anywhere in firefox or on the support pages on how to allow passwords to be saved again. Everything I have tried no longer works.

Chosen solution

Try pressing the site icon (on left side in the url bar) and press Edit site preferences.
