Live chat with Apple helpdesk timed out.
The chat was disconnected, no error message I could interact with, just a comment that the time-out had something to do with security. This happed twice. After starting from scratch onj both occasions to re-establish the cha, I eventually had to give up.

Thanks for your comment, seems to me that big corporations don't seem to be good at interacting with individual users.
