Effective Wed 4/25/18, I am unable to print from the Firefox browser. Chrome and IE work just fine. All other windows applications work just fine. I've re-booted, I've uninstalled and re-installed Firefox. I've cleared cache, cookies, and all other crumbs. No new programs were installed (other than an uninstall/reinstall of Firefox). A virus check has been run and the PC is clean. So what's up with Firefox controlling the printer device?

Update Fri 4/27. Turns out it was a malware problem after all. Just wanted you to know. Why it only affected Firefox, I'm not sure - other than guessing an email was opened in Firefox that instigated the printing snafu. All is good now. Thanks again.

Thank you for the reply. I'll check on those video card errors. Actually, the problem isn't occurring on this machine, but rather one of my employees. I'll first have them try the two links you provided and see if we can correct. If not, I will have them reach out using their PC.
