Mozilla only makes Firefox for Android and as a shell on iOS due to Apple's restriction. They have no plans to mnake Firefox for any other mobile OS's.

While the KaiOS is a fork of B2G or Boot 2 Gecko that Mozilla started and later discontinued as Firefox OS. The jio phones using this KaiOS are basically feature phones with a smart phone like OS.
