I looked through the help files but still have no formatting toolbar when trying to create my signature in order to format the font, color, ...etc. I set me messages to be sent in HTML and checked the box in Account Settings to use HTML too. I can type my signature content but there is no formatting bar at all. I'm using the TB new beta 60 version.

Chosen solution

Thunderbird does not have a formated signature editor. You'll need to create your own file using some xyz editor and point to it from the account settings.
