Drop-down lists have stopped working. None of them work. So, no good telling me to click MENU - it doesn't open. Bokkmarks list doesn't open. Drop-down lists on websites don't open either.

Chosen solution

None of the suggested solutions I found actually worked, because no drop-downs opened, including the menu. However, I solved it in the end by closing Firefox down competely and opening it again - the equivalent of switch it off and on again! Then it re-set itself and it's ok now.

Are you saying this is with Firefox menus and websites also?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Make sure you run Firefox in desktop mode and not in tablet mode.

That was very good work. Well done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem so others will know.

BTW: I did tell you to start Firefox in Safe Mode.

But I couldn't start in safe mode because that required selection from a drop down list!
