Yes is true, but I want to hide this pop-up just for the TSE users, not for administrators. Because, each time when they use Firefox they see the pop-up.

This pop-up, is it from the browser, or a website?

Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar. Under Advanced, Select Update.

[v56+]; Type about:preferences#general<enter> in the address bar. Select Update.

Check the settings.

Also turn off Use a background service to install updates <Windows Only>

I run 52.0 ESR and I'm not getting any notifications.

@ ThePriusMan: You are on Windows Vista and thus can't update to a newer Firefox version beyond 52 ESR.
