Hi, can someone please tell me how to change the background color of the speed dial page. it seems like it would be easy to do but for some reason i haven't figured it out.

I've tried all the options in 'My Themes' and tried changing the color option in Language and Appearance in the Option page. None of those change the background on the Speed dial page. My Themes only changes the tabs area not the body of the page and the nothing happens when i change the color in the Language and Appearance on the Option page.

also haven't found any answers online. i'm running FF Quantum 59.0.2 64 on an HP Pavilion laptop

Thank-you

Chosen solution

Hi, if you update to v61 (3-bar menu > Help > About Firefox) and set to dark theme in Customize mode, the background will be dark Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars

Alternatively, you will have to use userChrome.css

General info https://www.userchrome.org/how-create-userchrome-css.html

Do a search for code here https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS/

You can also use an extension such as https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-tools/

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
