Can Thunderbird be set to automatically txfr Incoming e-mails from a specified sender to its respective folder, please?

in now-failed (due to refusing to continually pay subscriptions) Outlook would automatically transfer e-mails from designated senders to respective folders; i.e. ebay messages would be sent to an e-store folder - anything sent by American Legion members would be sent to the American Legion folder....etc.
