We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

Please help me to resolve my problem
HI, there is no need to Blockquote everything, as you can see it just takes up space. When used properly it is a fantastic tool here : https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_blockquote.asp
Crash Reason : gfxDWriteFont::ComputeMetrics
Did you install something with Fonts ? Or what did you install before this happened ?
As well there is something going on with your Video Card Drivers being : DriverVersionMismatch Please update them or reinstall them. You can find the make & model in the Device Manager.
Well if is not working please try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.1 with a Full Version Installer
Make sure you pick the 32bit Installer.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I dont know what rules here, usually when we go to forum, we will quote to the person we want to reply. btw I'd check with my device manager, no such video card that u mentioned in fact all my device manager hardware working well. Can u give exact name of the device?
Before crash happen, I didnt install anything. And this problem not only facing with firefox, all browser such chrome and opera also cannot open.
I already check with sfc/scannow, memory diagnostic, ipconfig/flush dns - all done and no errors detected. I did scan with malwarebytes and delete all malwares.
With only 1 GB (!) memory you can expect a lot of issues. You can at least increment the virtual memory to the maximum (just below 4GB) for a 32 bit OS.
- memoryMB : 1014
- virtualMaxMB : 2048

I WISH O HAVE MONEY TO BUY BRAND NEW MACHINE OR UPGRADE TO NEW HARDWARE!!!!!! 10 top contributor status, come on, dont reply such an annoying solution man. before I am facing all this problem, i am working with firefox old version like a champ. mozilla force user to update without thinking about low end machine user.
You don't need to buy a brand new machine. RAM is very cheap. With only 1GB you're running right at the minimum for Windows 7. You can purchase another GB, double your RAM and speed up everything for probably less than $50USD.
