How do I fix that the dropdowns for Firefox are appearing behind and to the side of the browser window instead of on top of the window where they are useful?

Whenever I right click on something full screen I can't see the drop down menu, However when I shrink the browser window I can see the drop down appearing at the bottom of the window but behind it. Also the bookmark taskbar button to reveal the rest of my saved bookmarks pops that drop down to the right of the window only when it is NOT full screened. If it is full screened it cannot be seen. This problem started today following a refresh of Firefox due to some slow down that was happening.

Hi, is there a reason you made the question and supplied the information in Safe Mode which makes all your Video Card Drivers information useless to diagnose ?

Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
