If I let my partner use my home computer, could she have access to my accounts info, even modify this info?

I have had a long line of intrusion and permission access to my accounts, ranging from emails, texts, and financial accounts. My phones always show two of the same things and I am never the client, always the user. Help me ,I'm at a loss
