When I go to exit my browser I get the "are you sure you want to exit" window but I no longer get that. Is there a way to get it back as I like it that and it just started do this recently.

I think this is what you are looking for; browser.showQuitWarning

Type about:config<enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the I Accept the Risk button. At the top of the screen is a search bar.

Set the above to True.
