Can I somehow import all email addresses from all emails received to my address book without having to type them in all the time?
I would like Thunderbird to automatically add the email addresses from the emails that I receive to my contact list / address book. Is this possible?
Chosen solution
There are a couple of add-ons to consider: EmailAddressCrawler will (manually) scan a folder for addresses and add them to an address book; IncomingAddressCollector automatically adds addresses from incoming mail to an address book. To install in TB 60, you may have to first open Edit/Preferences/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to false, OK to close Preferences.
To add addresses selectively from a message, click the grey star next to an address in the message header.
