I cannot go to a file and left click hit send and get the email to open a new email with the file attached like before WHAT DO I DO
When i go to explorer, right click on a file, scroll down to send to, and then email, my Thunderbird closes instead of opening an email with the attachment ready to send. This happens on all file since the update.

what versions of Thunderbird are you using?
This is supposed to be fixed in 60.5 that is currently rolling out.

anitvirus malware bytes avast defender I did nothing to m ake this happen It stared after the latest update to 6.0 inmotion is my email provider att is my internet provider I didn't do anything before hand and Please note the error is from a mail return when I try to forward an email with an attachment. When I try to go to explorer , files, right click on say any file, go down to send to and then choose email it closes thunderbird down~! It used to attach the file to a new email so it could be sent.

I is a bit of a worry you list three anti virus products. Normally they fight with one another and don't work properly. But I will reserve comment until I see the troubleshooting information.

Before you do that? what version are you using. You got all the troubleshooting information except the versions information. But it looks like it is not the release version. Given the release version of Lightning is 7.2 and you have 6.7 It is not the current release version of 60.5 which contains the bug fix I spoke of.

The only issue might be with the calendar. You might have to reinstall it after the downgrade.
