Problem with going to att.com

When I open a new tab and try to go to www.att.com, their web page briefly opens then goes to a blank screen that says "An error occurred on client". When I use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, it opens as expected.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

and if you have an adblocker turn it off while using the www.att.com website
