Cannot install firefox after aborted reset....Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible
Title says it all.....after waiting 10 minutes for Firefox reset to complete, I closed it. After that I could not access my Firefox or install a new one......same error message …..Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible....
I read thru all the articles, found them to be of no help. I did locate my Firefox profile(s), but don't know what to do with them to get Firefox to install.

Sounds like Firefox got stuck.
Use these links to create a new profile. Use this new profile as is. Is the problem still there?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
