Since some days, I saw that new messages arrived in my box (letter of the address box begin blue) but I do not see any new messages in the entry file or other file). It was working before. I have check all the configuration parameters. I can see the new messages directly from the website address of my mail box. I have other Email address which work well. Thanks for your help JLD37

Do you see the name of the folder in bold font with a number after it? eg: Inbox (4)

Check you have these settings: 'View' > 'Folders' > 'All' 'View' > 'Messages > 'All'

Check the 'Quick Filter Bar' Make sure nothing is selected. It is possible you have a filter operating.

Have you checked 'Menu Icon' > 'Activity Manager' to see what was downloaded?

If you have any Message Filters, could they have moved any emails. Check the 'Filter Log'.

Thanks for your answer. When I wrote that " I saw messages arriving in my box" it is because the name of my email address begin blue bold font but any one of the folders including Inbox which belong to this email is activate (bold font). I could not retrieved my new messages except when I open directly my box from the web. However, when I "repair" the fold inbox, the new messages appear. Something wrong somewhere, but I have not found where!

The index file was out of synch with the actual mbox file. Repairing the folder means the Inbox Index file is repaired so that it displays what is currently in the Inbox mbox file.
