ff won't get answer screen for query some sites

Putting everything in I can remember. I am using a Motorola G6 over WiFi. OS = Android 8.0. This only happens in FF, not Chrome. Go to www.swansonvitamins.com/ I search for what I want. This works. Search for 2nd item. The search hangs. I went to another site to get phone #, not sure if I had to search, not able to load this either. The search engine used may have started the search for me. .
