Frequently Firefox does not shut down when I shut it down. I often find the browser open when I start my PC. Other times I shut it down, and then need to open it again and find it is still open (even though I just closed it). Also, when I searched for help, the 300+ articles resulting had nothing remotely related to my search terms.
