where do I enter my security key

If you'd previously had TB save your password, open Tools/Options/Security/Passwords/Saved passwords, Show passwords, then right-click the entries for the account's servers, incoming and outgoing, Edit password, and paste in your mail key.

If you hadn't saved the password, you will be prompted to enter it when you connect to the account, at which point you can check a box to save it.
